ArcsReachIDENTITY 0.1
ArcsReach

Terms

Clear expectations, in plain language.

These terms apply to the current ArcsReach website and Identity 0.1 account service. The service is at an early stage and its scope is intentionally limited.

Using ArcsReach

You may browse the public website without an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure and for activity performed through your account.

Identity boundaries

An account, a household and a Person record are not interchangeable. Choosing or viewing a Person does not prove that you are that Person. You must not attempt to access another person's private information or bypass the service's permission boundaries.

Responsible use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, test access controls without permission, impersonate someone else or use ArcsReach in a way that breaks applicable law or harms another person.

Current availability

Identity 0.1 is an early service and may change as ArcsReach develops. We aim to operate it carefully, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be promised. Material changes to these terms will be published on this page.

Future features

Household-management tools, delegated-access interfaces, Learning For All integration, Lilah functionality, subscriptions and billing are not part of the current public service. Additional terms may be needed before any of those features are introduced.

Account questions and closure

You can submit a request for account help, correction or closure. Submitting a closure request does not close or delete the account automatically. The request must be reviewed and ownership may need to be verified before any change is completed.
